STEP 1:

Tap on an enrolled property then tap Pay bill

STEP 2:

On the next screen, enter the amount you wish to pay then select a Payment type:

• Downpayment (paid monthly)
• Lump sum balance
• Penalty 
• Real property tax
• Transfer fee
• Service fee
• CTS reprinting

STEP 3:

Tap Add payment method then choose from the following:

For Philippine residents:

• Credit/debit card 
• Maya
• QR Ph
  

For other countries:

• BayaniPay (zero transaction fees, currently available in US states of California, New Jersey, Hawaii and Alaska)
• Credit/debit card
• Maya
• QR Ph
  
  

STEP 4:

Agree to the payment terms and conditions

STEP 5:

Tap Pay button with the total amount to complete the transaction

Set the Start date (must be at least one day after the current date)

STEP 6:

Tap Add payment method then choose from the following:
